| | All dates quoted for delivery are approximate. GJ Electronics Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods. If customer does not accept delivery of the goods, GJ Electronics Ltd may charge the customer for any additional carriage charges incurred by the carrier. The minimum order value is �250.00 excluding VAT. Where the order value is less than the above amount, this will be subject to carriage charges �6.00 for each carton sent, with a minimum charge of �8.00. |
| | | Full payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice. In the event of non-payment in accordance with the above conditions, GJ Electronics Ltd reserve the right to cease to deliver any further goods to the customer. If the customer fails to make payment on the due date, GJ Electronics Ltd reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 6% above Lloyds TSB bank rate until payment is received in full. (A part of one month is treated as one full month, for calculation purposes). The goods remain the property of GJ Electronics Ltd until full payment has been received.

| | | | All goods are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the invoice. Faulty goods will be replaced or credited at our option. Any goods that have been misused or modified in any way will not be accepted back for credit. Goods to be returned to GJ Electronics Ltd at the expense of the customer. No responsibility for consequential loss will be accepted. Goods ordered in error will not be accepted for credit without written agreement from GJ Electronics Ltd, and a handling charge of 10% will apply to these goods. |
